Hazeltine CO. 5-1/4"H. Rich emerald green, blown in mold with tooled square collar lip, smooth base, rectangular with indented panels.  America ca. 1880.  Products with the word cure were banned around the height of the popularity of this drug.  As the American people "matured" and the begging of the FDA started to appear, it was illegal to claim that any product cured unless it was scientifically proven.  Right up to this point in the 1880s people could claim anything about any product even if it was not true.  Of course this would be taboo in the medical field today.
