Post a photo of bottle on the antique bottle forum - would also be great to have a rubbing of the bottom showing embossing.

I dug a small clear bottle out the ground today it is about4 inches tall clear and would have been a corked top it is stamped Wheaton USA with the number 5 on bottom how old is it and it appears to have 2seam lines that go up to the neck but not up the lip and the neck is almost like slightly frosted looking. Please e mail me and help me figure out the age of this bottle thanks

If the bottom is embossed with "BOOZ BOTTLE," then it is a modern, late 20th century reproduction. There is no questioning this.

I have one eg booz bottle with all the same numbers as Tam and Sue, but mine has the labels on it. the cut appears to be only on the top row of the shingles, but i am not sure if its original or a copy. If there original how much are they worth.

OR RE-USE OF THIS BOTTLE

On the bottom of the bottle is:
7D61
12 A 54
5
but off a digit or two.

They are worth more with the labels intact and in good shape, but without the labels they are fairly common and not in much demand right now. Check ebay for auction results.

Sue,
I also have a bottle of the same description. The only difference is the last number on mine is 2.
Did you ever find out anything about this bottle?
